The quality is good. I have other cases more robust. I expected it was possible to use also the back to hold sockets rack-panel, but it is not possible. There are no metal rails at the back. This is the only think I would add to the product to compete with other brands that offer that feature at the same price, like OnStage products. If you are not interested in that feature... it is ok.

Still ok after 10 years in use

10 years now and still OK. The metal has started to corrode but it doesn't harm the use, only the looks.

premium quality rack

It is indeed difficult to find a rack unit (which is in stock) and even more difficult to find a good one. The Thon Rack is the best I've ever seen so far. A very well built rack case without the limitations of where you are positioning your units!
