Want a good guitar seat - you found it!
Everything works perfectly. You get nothing less than for eur 400.- for example. I've had one for 4 x more expensive, so I have a good comparison.
This is not the best for everyday giging and moving around as it does not allow to fold it in any way and takes a lot of space in car. But in rehearsal rooms, permanent equipment on stages etc - very good!
The footrest could of have a tiny bit bigger radius but this is personal preference.
I've had 2 of folding stools and sold both very quickly. If the folded one has appropriate weight and folds as needed, then it must be perfect fit for person, which is very mush 50/50 situation, rather 80/20 not to fitting. If the folded one has more options to setup as you need, it is more likely very heavy and does not fold enough to spare space. In last case I would already prefer the Thomann stool as it takes no more space and weighs no more. But this stool costs way less for 100%!

Great stool but with smaller footrest
I would like for footrest to be a big bigger, maybe the same as the sitting side. But the high adjustment and everything is great, I use it for all sorts of things and not just playing bass.

Excellent practice stool
I was looking for a stool to practice on my guitar, as standard home furniture can be a hit or miss for long sessions in terms of ergonomics and comfort. This stool has firm height control, and the soft (foam?) layer is comfortable yet robust. All in all, it very well covers the need for a relaxed posture while maintaining control over the instrument. I believe this is what one needs to perform well. I would recommend it.

A must-have product
Realizing that I've never owned a stool specifically designed for guitar playing, I've realized that I should try one.
Seriously, if you're like me and never tried using a guitar stool before - I highly recommend this one. I think the price is great, the padded seat is very comfortable and also more spacious than I was expecting.
Also, the locking function of the wheels is great, as it adds stability.
