Thomann Crystal Singing Bowl CF 8" C

This singing bowl is an excellent addition to my growing collection of singing bowls were it gives the sound waves a very good balance. I use this in one to one sound therapy or in group sound baths. In addition to it not being so heavy helps in using to clear the energy space before a therapy session. Once again the packaging makes for easier storage and transport allowing my work to be more mobile. As stated the sound waves from this bowl balances out the session and feedback from clients comment on how their vibration feels lifted after using this one especially in a one to one session.

I expect this to be tuned at C4, but I got it at C5. However, the frequency of C5 is around 518hz which is pretty closed to 528hz. So I didnot return it.

Otherwise, this sounds good and can be used at a bowl to help cell regenerate, since 528hz is really good vibration for healing the body from sickness.

It's a good bowl but it was slightly out of tune (4 cents out of tune) while crystal bowls should be right on the correct frequency to have the healing effect when playing together.

Very good quality, thick, straight, fairly smooth for a frosted bowl and most important: tuned well!
