Thomann Bird Pipe

I really enjoy bird sounds and wanted to see if I could emulate some of them with a bird pipe like this one. I had one when I was a kid and had lots of fun. The pipe works quite well once you figure out how to use it, but it needs to be treated very gently and stored the right way (it dries out otherwise). This kind of information would have been handy to have in the package, but there were only some instructions in German... Some sort of basic manual in English, especially regarding care, would be useful. Other than that I'm happy.

Not as easy as it looks. I think mine is a little slack in the membrane that is the vibrating part so it takes a little more effort to make sound with it.

For now I am not overly impressed; I will have to get an other brand or something to see if it is me or this particular Bird Pipe I have a problem with.
