TEControl USB MIDI Breath & Bite Controller
Build quality is solid without being flashy, and the MIDI CC mapping is flexible enough to slot into virtually any DAW or synth workflow. My only gripe is the somewhat sparse documentation, but the TEControl community more than fills the gap.
