Bad dimmer, does not turn off smoothly. Otherwise ok

I bought these units because they are compact and have a gel frame holder. They have a sturdy cast alloy case and safety eye. Most importantly they are silent in operation.

When ordering it would have been useful if the item listing mentioned the gel holders have to be purchased separately. They're not expensive, and it's a hassle and postage expense having to place order them afterwards.
