Holes for connectors not drilled straight and accurately.

I have bought 2 x 1.5m of truss to connect them together for easy transport. The connector pins were extremely difficult to go through the holes. A couple of holes hadn't been drilled right through and the connectors and the pin holes on the truss are not quite aligned. I now have the issue of not actually being able to break the 2 pieces apart again as the pins and connectors are now that tight that they are all stuck!
