SSL PDQ oozes of quality. Wow. Just wow.
The setup is easy and navigation settings is a breeze. I record with Telefunken T39, Sontronics Sigma II and DPA 4099 and a couple of dynamics (sontronics Solo, Shure SM57 etc) and I'm one of the few (if any) that uses the PDQ with and Audient Sono interface (Tube on channel 1!).
I love the sounds from both and I feel i need nothing more. The PDQ is better than imagined and it will probably last a lifetime and since i don't record drums i will never need more than 6 channels. If i needed more channels i would go for the Octa any day of the week but in any case i would still use Audient as the Audio Interface.
If You have the money, buy this! You will never be disappointed.
