Soundbrenner Pulse

So I bought this to sync with my drummer, but for me this product does not really work. Playing bass I tried to wear the soundbrenner on a wrist, but regardless of which arm i choose the problem is that If I hit a note on a beat (and I almost always do) I do not feel the haptic feedback at all, which means there is no feeling to what I do (as opposed to headphone click). Once you are off the brenner gets felt, but since I haven't felt the "click" before the sudden appearance of a click is just stressful.
I have been trying to get used to the Soundbrenner for a month, practicing with it and everything, but I am back with headphone clicks as this did not really work for me.
Handling is good though, easy to set and control from on your arm, very quick to tap a new beat too. Also, the app is not bad, though messig with a phone on stage isn't really something I want to do. Build quality seems good, can't really comment more on that as I haven't wanted to use it in anything put rehearsal and practice.
