📜 Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and over residing in any European country. Employees of the organising company and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
2. How to enter
Purchase at least one set of D’Addario XS Strings during the campaign period. Each single pack purchased equals one entry (there is no need to place several different orders). No other forms of entry will be accepted.
3. Prize details
The winner will receive:
- Two (2) tickets for Guitar Summit 2025 (September 26th to 28th, 2025)
- Round-trip travel from a European country:
Either a Premium Economy flight to Frankfurt Airport (to a maximum value of €1,200 including taxes/fees) OR first-class Deutsche Bahn rail ticket (Germany only)
- Private transfer from Frankfurt Airport to the hotel (if travelling by air)
- Four (4) nights’ hotel accommodation in Mannheim from September 25th to 29th, 2025
- €200 spending money, sent in EUR or GBP before travel
- One (1) Harley Benton instrument of the winner's choice, to be selected in advance and personally picked up at the Harley Benton booth at Guitar Summit 2025
4. Exclusions
The prize does not include:
Travel to/from departure airport or railway station in your home country
Return transfer to the airport or railway station after the event
Food and beverages during the trip
Additional personal expenses
5. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified via e-mail. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, a new winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Travel and booking
The trip must be taken on the specified dates. Flights and hotel will be booked by the organiser. Travel costs exceeding the stated budget (€1,200 / £1,050) will not be covered. The spending money (€200) will be paid via bank transfer prior to travel. The Harley Benton instrument will be arranged for collection on-site and cannot be shipped.
7. Data privacy
By entering, participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of the giveaway. Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the competition ends.
8. General
The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. There is no legal recourse.
