1. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to participants aged 18 and over residing in any European country. Employees of the organising company and their relatives are not eligible to participate.
2. How to enter
Purchase at least one set of NYXL strings during the promotional period (September 15–30, 2025). Each individual pack counts as one entry (no need for multiple orders). Other forms of entry will not be accepted.
3. Prize details
The winner will receive:
Two (2) tickets for a trip to New York, including spending money and a D’Addario Factory Tour
Premium economy round-trip flight to NYC (JFK or Newark) from a European airport on Thursday Note: Travel to/from the European airport is not included
Four (4) nights at a four-star hotel in Manhattan
Private airport transfer from JFK/NWK to the hotel upon arrival
Exclusive D’Addario Factory Tour on Friday with hotel pickup and drop-off
Free time in NYC from Thursday evening to Monday morning
Return flight to Europe on Monday Note: Transfer to JFK/NWK on departure day is not included
Travel period: Trip must take place in Q1 or Q2 of 2026. Travel dates must be confirmed at least 3 months in advance.x
€500 spending money, transferred in advance by bank transfer at the current exchange rate.
4. Exclusions
The prize does not include:
Travel to/from the departure airport
ESTA or VISA application fees
Hotel-to-airport transfer on departure day
Meals during the stay
Any other personal expenses
5. Winner selection and notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified via e-mail. If the winner does not respond within five (5) days, a new winner will be drawn. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. Travel and booking
Travel must occur on the specified dates. Flights and hotel will be booked by the organizer. Total flight costs are capped at €3,500/£3,000 including taxes. Spending money (€500) will be transferred in advance via bank transfer at the current exchange rate.
7. Data privacy
By entering, participants agree to the processing of their personal data for the purpose of the giveaway. Personal data will not be shared with third parties and will be deleted after the competition ends.
8. General
The organiser reserves the right to amend or cancel the giveaway at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. Participation constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions. There is no legal recourse.
