I bought this keyboard with the purpose to play live as a one-man-band, so this review will be in the light of that experience.
Sound: This thing sounds amazing. I love the way analog drift and inaccuracies are modeled. Lots of cool samples to choose from also. It excels at synthy stuff which is my priority. Organ is also spot on. Piano and acoustic modelling is decent.
Interface: The knobs and sliders have a nice feel to them, the interface is well laid out. Pad modes are flexible and useful. Could have used more dedicated control over the synth enginge but they had to cut that for the price point I guess. The screen is great.
Workflow: Actually programming a sound can be quite a slow process in my experience. Only one oscillator per tone means having to copy settings to get a multi-oscillator sound, it's hard to get an overview and so on. Also the lack of hands-on control slows things down.
As for sequencing the process is fast enough, hit play, record and quantize to the degree you want, make finer edits in the piano roll etc. But my main problem is having only ONE time signature and ONE tempo for a whole scene. This is such a drawback compared to grooveboxes like Elektron Octatrack.
Summary:
+ Great sound
+ Fast sequencer workflow
+ Lightweight
- Only one time signature/tempo per scene
- Slow sound design workflow
