Good Alternative Sound
I bought these brushes for an alternative to my standard wire brushes and various other hot rods and rutes that I own. These aren't great for legato swishes, but I do like them for staccato playing and they also work on cymbals. You can also get a nice smack on the drums when you play these with some exertion. It's another sound to have in your toolkit.
