I live in Sweden and half the year it's pitch black outside. Sitting at home after a long day at work and building a pedalboard is sometimes the only consolation. But then when you're playing through the dark winter evenings and half of the pedalboard consists of old pedals from EarthquakerDevices, you're basically completely blinded by the white LED lights.
Enter the Rockboard LED Damper!
It has a self-adhesive sticker that is just the right amount of pressure. You can easily remove it without damaging the paint and even reuse it a few times if you need to. It dims the LED light enough not to blind you, but not too much so that you can't see your tap tempo signal. Before I bought the light dampers, for example, I could barely play the Organizer, Avalanche Run, Transmisser or Hummingbird and see what settings they had without turning on all the lights in the room.
Now I can sit comfortably in dim light, see all the settings and enjoy the fact that I'm not going to have permanent vision damage.
