Remo 20" Powerstroke 4 coated Bass

In my opinion there isn't a better kick batter available. Unless I need to get a brighter, more musical sound for jazz and other lighter applications (in which case I use a coated Emperor) then the coated powerstroke 4 gives me everything I need in a kick drum batter head. Low end presence with fast response and plenty of punch. I wouldn't swap it for anything!

Boom! Thats exactly what this head does, really really nice low end. It's a heavy head with a reinforcement ring. It's one of the darkest heads I've played. When I'm looking for a low floor tom I tend to stick a 16" version of this head on it. Great quality.
