Rean RT3 MPR

I used this connector to mod my DT990 Pro into having a removable cable. It's not the intended use, but after some grinding this barely fits into the headshell without the need for any glue. It's very sturdy and has pretty much solved my cable issues.

I used this connector for a detachable cable mod on my DT770s, mainly because the nut screws on from the outside and it doesn’t take up much space inside the cup. Unfortunately, it’s just a bit too large on the inside, so the driver can’t sit completely flush once it’s installed. I used a Dremel to shave down some of the metal on the sides, which helped, but it still doesn’t fit perfectly. Aside from that, the connector itself is excellent quality and very easy to solder.
