They are the best all round choice but not as " enjoyable " as others . Other strings are more "fun" to play but these feel the best and sound the best so the music is best.
Yes, I would have to recommend them . I have used everything else really including the best the US has to offer and these strings are definitely worth looking at . They are particularly good on a 335 where the 12s play like 11s . There is exceptional balance across wound to plain strings once you adjust . They have exceptional clarity

They sound great with medium to high action and superb with medium action
