These Phono plugs have short center pin. If you can find (and it's very difficult) get the longer ones. You don't want to lose connection on digital signals, especially during recording. If you use any of the M-Audio cards with S/PDiF and your sockets are worn out don't buy this plug. It is extremely important to have longer center pin. This is always an issue with the Chinch type sockets.

Great value for money and very handy to convert BNC leads to phono.

I also use these for video leads which are BNC on both ends and are also used with T BNC adaptors as well.
