Perantucci Tuba Mouthpiece PT-84

Bought for Besson 981 e-flat tuba. Wonderful rich dark focused tone. Very powerful for playing with symphony orchestras, very responsive in low register. Excellent response for solo and quintet work - clear sound production and secure tuning in all ranges. Far superior to usual 24AW and Wick 3L e-flat tuba mouthpieces usually played on Besson tubas.

This mouthpiece works fantasticaly both on my Eb and BBb bessons, I find there is nothing lacking in the sound across any of the registers and lets you play comfortably in a medium size mouthpiece, not having to work to hard to get both the highest and lowest of notes.
Would definately recomend for those looking for a good medium size mouthpiece.
