With just a brief introduction from the quick start guide, I was able to access a couple of hundred presets, giving great sounds straight out of the box. I've had a couple of hours of fun with these and I have not plugged into the editor, so I don't quite have the sensitivity dialed for my particular bass yet. The editor transforms this unassuming box into a very powerful monosynth and I can tell that this is going to be a bit of a journey for me. My initial aim is to identify about 6 sounds that I will actually use and have them instantly accessible. This is definitely very achievable, although it will take some time to fully dial this in. I love the fact that I also have the option of controlling it with a midi keyboard, giving me a bespoke bass synthesiser. The compact box is quirky and colourful and sensibly laid out. A PSU is not supplied but I already have a good quality one I use for other FX. Give me a couple of weeks and I predict this will be very intuitive for me. No regrets
