Neumann NDH 20 Black Edition

I bought the NDH-30 and were so happy with them, I pulled the trigger on these also.
I thought it'd be nice to have a closed pair and bit bass boosted.
Boy was I disappointed.
These have zero resolution, they sound very "boxy" and the absolutely worst part is they have no "feel". Nothing sounds fun in them.
The build quality and fit is the same great value as the NDH-30. I wanted to like them as an alternative. I just couldn't. I have a pair of AKG BT that are like 15 years old, that sound way better for a fraction of the price.
Just go for the NDH-30 instead.
Very sad about these but super impressed with Thomann's super smooth and superfast return policy and handling of the refund.
Five stars to Thomann.
