This Egg shaker is just too amazing to be made by humans.
It's just built in a way you start to question if it's actually real.
Sounds like an Egg shaker, you simple can't go wrong with this one.
It's small, which can be understood from the name "Nino".
Tips:
Depending on how you hold it you get different tonality. Squeeze it hard and it sounds muffled or hold it lightly with two fingers and it sounds like a beautiful wind passing by.

Efter en lång svettig dag i studion så kokade vi dom i ca 5 minuter. De blev jättegoda. Åt dom med salt till men kan tänka mig att de passar bra även med kaviar. Lät bra gjorde de också.

It's a shaker
Simple and cheap but sounds good. Had it for many years now and it's great for any kind of music. I prefer wooden ones, but this one certainly does its job too.
