Great for beginners or budget enthusiasts like myself.
The build of the product seems nice and stable after close to 2 months of usage. It lacks some function compared to more expensive arms and does offer a slightly limited range of motion forward. I would advise measuring your table and shopping accordingly.

However for the price it defintely does it's job and offers more space on your desk and a great way of recording different things from different perspectives. Also it seems as it diffuses most unwanted sounds from vibrations of your desk which was a huge upgrade for me.

I got this arm for myself for Christmas and been using it occasionally since then. The arm itself is made out of aluminium if I'm not mistaken and has a hefty weight to it.

After using it for about 5 months I've got to admit it is sturdy and barely shows any forms of usage. The only thing that sort of annoys me is the resonating sound that the springs make if you accidentally bump it somewhere, which in my case happened too often. When it comes to design it's very simple and effective. Only thing I'd change is trying to make the strings not visible, as well as making a channel in the arm to feed the XLR cable through. mines kind of wrapped around it.

In conclusion the build quality is amazing and after about 5 months of occasional usage it barely shows any signs of usage, as well as the springs not making that annoying sound while retracting etc. Design wise I'd change a little bit of small things but otherwise, pretty good mic arm, you as the consumer is definitely getting a lot for the money.

In this price range the booms always have shorter arms around 40 cm and make boom not reaching in a rear position placement. Even more expensive booms tends to be short.

This one has 50 cm legs and can use the idea of the boom. Not interrupting my working space and easy to get in position when needing it. Stable mount in the bottom which makes the boom not rocking and glitching.

Springs works easy with a microphone attached. If there is need for more heavy equipment you can move the mount for springs by 25mm to get more load on the arm to carry a condensor mic.

Always a comparison between price and quality even if a known brand not always stands for the quality you think.

Denna mikrofonarmen var bra i början men efter cirka 2 års användande så skulle jag behöva en ny. Jag har satt fast min Rode nt1-a i den och nu orkar den inte riktigt hålla uppe mikrofonen i alla positioner. Det är många gånger som den har åkt ner i mitt skrivbord utan förvarning.
Jag köpte armen i samband med att jag köpte min kondesator mikrofon och då gick jag på ett billigt alternativ. Om budgeten finns så lägg till 200-300 kr för en bättre arm som är mer prisvärd och som kommer hålla bättre.
Den är helt ok och är bra som ny då fjädrarna fortfarande håller måttet. Inte hållbar i längden!
