I'm incredibly happy with this little guy.
It does what you want it to do.
The little metal box is very nice and the device just feels like a high quality product.
Well wroth the coins.
Also comes with the confusing sentence :

Quick and easy interface
Does what it says, no hassle. I do wish the midi ports would go out the back where the usb port sits. Gets a little messy.
