LD Systems PHA

I bought this to be able to use my pile of AKG C417's (non PP model). It appears to work well, even though the units puts out no more than 3 V for powering the mic. The product is robust and appears to be well made, on the outside anyway. Taking it apart, I found the PCB and soldering quality not great, but I suspect that is to be expected for the price. I was surprised to find the output is transformer balanced!
