Wow. Love these sticks!
Extremely good feel in the fingers. Perfectly balanced 5A. Beautiful sticks. Great attack. Significantly better than bargain carbon sticks I have played.

Durable, great feel
I love these sticks. I hit pretty hard and fast, and regular, wooden sticks don't last very long for me. But these can take a beating and last far longer - certainly enough to make the higher price work out cheaper in the long run.
There was a short adjustment period when I first used them, but now I love the feel of them as well. And the weight is just right.

Very disappointing
I really wanted to love these sticks. On first impression they felt great in my hands - in terms of size and weight very very close to hickory Vic Firth 5As (the American Classics). Great rim click sound and a lovely non-slip feel in the hands. But the claimed longevity does not stack up. I haven't broken a stick in 3 or 4 years (they wear out rather than break) but these broke after only a few hours use. Certainly nowhere near the claimed 10 times longer than the equivalent wood sticks. My experience is in fact the opposite. The carbon fibre material is very brittle and the stick snapped about 1 cm below the tip at the taper. Also the surface seems quite soft and so prone to damage if you tend to strike the edge of your cymbals. Shame that I can't include photos in this review.

I've found myself going back to wooden drumsticks because they have a certain flexibility these lack, but I have to admit these are very durable, and even though I'm not a very hard hitter, these drumsticks are great, especially for when you're practicing. They'll last you a very long time, and I think that if you play metal they might actually help.

These sticks is heavier, and probabbly will last about 10x than wooden, ofc depends on how hard you strike. cymbals will last less, because of the durability of stick.

These Carbon fibre sticks are quality ones and feels good to hold.
