The two harnesses I ordered (size Large) were marked for alto and tenor. I needed one for a bass saxophone and a baritone.

It is fine for the bass. It is easy to slip the harness over the shoulders and to clip the strap together across the chest. The height adjustment is easy with the luggage strap style fittings. The spring-loaded, secure, plastic hook clips easily on the instrument.

The bass can be played, standing and without neck or backache. It's a reasonably priced and effective sling for a wide range of saxophones.
