Göldo Jack Socket

I use these for my diy guitar effects. They are not stereo so they can not be used to cut power when you disconnect a cable, but I use the footswitch for that anyway. They seem sturdy and not a single one have started to loose connection from frequent connecting and disconnecting so that is a good thing. Needs an extra nut or a bunch of washers if you want them to sit flush with the panel, otherwise they will protrude quite a bit. Great quality for the price.

Replaced a low quality jack on a guitar with this one and it was a vast improvement. The cable is firmly in place. Not sure if it was due to the low quality on the original part, but there was a significant difference.

I was re-building an old guitar and changed all parts & hardware.
The build quality doesn't exactly strike me as "premium" or "hi-fi", but it's a regular output jacket that is supposed to carry my guitar signal and it does so perfectly good.

The tension of the "spring" (or what to call it) that holds the cable in place, was pretty damn sturdy and my guitar cable has probably never been better attached then with this one.

For it's price, it's an absolute no-brainer! Just buy it!

Does what it should do! Was clean and easy to just solder it right on and screw back the jackplate and start playing
