Hohner Marine Band Deluxe C

This is no doubt one of the best blues harmonicas that's out there. While not as sweet sounding as some of the Suzuki harmonicas it has a certain edge to the sound that's really special. It's just tamed enough for playing precise blues, and yet unruly enough to make the sound come alive.

If you are looking for something even more unruly I would look at the Hohner Blues Harp, and if you are looking for something more controlled I would look at harmonicas such as Lee Oskars. But for that great blues tone this is hard to beat.

The screws make it easy to take apart and clean from now and then, something that I really recommend doing.
