I didn't think I'd have to check for finish damage on a Hohner harmonica as I have never had anything but good experiences with the consistent quality of them in the past. But now, after already playing the harmonica to try the sounds, I've looked a little closer on the harmonica itself. There's a spot on one of the cover plates that doesn't have the "gold" finish, and one of the screws has been sloppily screwed on so that much of the finish around it has been scraped off. Very disappointed with these imperfections and I don't think it can be returned due to hygiene reasons... It's a pity. I'm probably going to get Lee Oskars from now on.
