Höfner Violin Bass 500/1 Relic 63

High quality bass, looks really nice and sounds great. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a really nice quality Hofner Bass. Great customer service from Thomann too, came quickly, well packaged etc.

First, Thomann handled the order very well and I received the bass in just a few days. The bass is top-quality, beautifully finished (as a relic finish). Most importantly, it plays beautifully. Very happy.

Fantastic bass, out of the box, the setup was good to go. It’s now my go to bass for giging.
Tip 1. I do put a small amount of overdrive to boost the signal
Tip 2. I did not realise how much I used the white fret dots on the neck,
For reference whilst playing. there aren’t any on this bass! But after a few weeks. Hey who needs them.

Overall. Fully recommended.
