This is insane

I have never played a P90 guitar except a shitty gibson which not sounded good at all, so i thought i would order this..... HOLY...! This price, at this quality, is insane! It has got a good weight to it, i found no flaws in the finish and the hardware is nice too, but the sound does it. So creamy and round nice in the neck and angry in the bridge. This is starting to be one of my favourite guitars! Just buy one!

Extreme value with some minor flaws

Heard a friend play live with his SC-450 P90 and he had an awesome sound so I ordered one for myself. Guitar finish was superb. No flaws whatsoever in the finish, binding or anything except the electronics. The hotter bridge pickup was mounted in neck position and vice versa. Two soldering points were not sufficiently soldered and got loose when I started to switch the pickups. No problem for me - but a potential problem if you´re not familiar with soldering. And the control cavity is quite crowded with small potentiometers. I don´t blame the workers that do this.
Well - when that was fixed the guitar sounded really great. The pickups are fine and stays quite clear when rolling off volume. (50s wiring I guess).
The saddle was too high which made the guitar a little hard to play and intonate. I removed the saddle (easy) and sanded off around 0,5 mm from the bottom of it. Took like 10 minutes only and glued the saddle back.
After some adjustment of the trussrod the guitar now plays really well with quite low action.
So - after some easy adjustments I have a guitar that is great. For a really small price. Highly recommended!

First thing with this guitar is that it looks absolutely stunning the finnish is flawless. The neck is incredibly nice and just as fat as it should be on a guitar with this classic look. The P90s Sound very good its an all around fantastic instrument.

I?ll have to say, this is great stuff, I was surpriced, compered to my Dunlop an Vox Wah, This conected to a fuzz, gives you the right 60 /70 sound for a bargin... Try this out...

Choice of gold collor to be Gold Top was not right. Cheep copy of Gibson.

The choice of gold color of the top of the body was not nice. I got the feeling of a cheap copy of Gibson's gold top. Too bad because the quality of the guitar was good, the intonation was good and the guitar felt good and the sound from the P90 pick ups was also good. So, the color was the only reason I sent the guitar back.

I can't believe it's so cheap. Really good craftsmanship. The only thing I needed to fix was to lower the string height. This is now my main guitar.
