Replaced the plastic jack plate on my Gibson LPJ2014 with this due to the infamous plastic plate cracking. Works like a charm and I think the odds of it cracking again are minimal.

Perfect!
fits perfect on my Gibson les paul, feels so much better with a metal plate compared to the flimsy plastic one that comes stock.
