Toppen!
Mycket rolig gitarr.

Alright but far from perfect
Just bought it and these are the initial findings.
First of all, there are no recommend stainless strings for this modell, allergic ppl beware. I did however get good help from support in trying to mend this.
The good;
The body is really nice, flamed 2-piece wood with no flaws that I can see.
The neck feels comfortable, on the chunkier side. The back of the neck feels almost unfinished but I suppose there is something applied.
Sound out of the instrument is good with a broad range of sounds available.
It's dirt cheap!
The bad;
Quality control is sort of lacking and be prepared to fix the flaws yourself or send it back if you receive a wonky copy.
These are the main points that needed attention.
Frets uneven, 11-th fret was way low under b and high-e strings and 9, 13 as well as 20 and up was high.
The frets was not finished nicely, no sharp edges but dull and obstructive during fast motions.
Fret leveling, rather substantial, and polish fixed the issue.
The nut is rather mean looking with a square notch for low e.
Tuners was far from ok, the one for low e needs to be cranked more than half a turn before engaging. I just swapped the set out, but beware that industry std vintage tuners will not fit without modifications to the headstock.
Tele-jack was not fastened.
Pots are rather "scratchy" and time will tell how they hold up. Pots are alphas so as good as one can expect at this price.
The modell is dirt cheap to buy and one can tell that corners have been cut to meet a certain price point. But it's cheap so no surprise.
I'm sort of happy with the purchase as I was fully prepared to fix issues, within reason.
Update, just put a set of Labella 767-6S on and if you want stainless strings, these are the ones to get. A bit to long but cut and wind and they work.

Inget skrammel!

Really good for the money
For approximately $200 this can't be beat. Minimal setup required, neck was straight and frets weren't sharp. Your mileage may vary, of course.
Tuners hold up surprisingly well, as does the bridge. Electronics haven't failed me yet but I've only had it for a year and a half.
I'm on the fence as to whether the stock strings are good enough or not. They do indeed lack a bit of low end but so far I've been getting by through EQing myself and the guitar player for clarity. As to the "wobblyness" of the low E i kind of like it, but it takes some getting used to.
Overall I really love this bass and sold off my regular and supposedly "better" 4 string; the caveats are however some loss of low end and the chance that Harley Benton quality control may fail you. That issue seems to have been tightened up over the years from what I hear, but you know, keep that in mind.
End of the day it's really good value for ~$200 and I would buy another one in a heartbeat.

Fun, well made and inexpensive!
I bought the Harley Benton GuitarBass VS to add another flavor to my sound.
I play both Bass and Guitar so this fills a gap that is pure fun and sonic mayhem.
The instrument looks outstanding. No flaws of any kind. The fit, while taking a small bit of getting used to, plays very well. For best results when chording, use upper partials otherwise the bottom becomes much too muddy.
As far as sound goes, the PUPs sound very good, can they be improved? Maybe, but I'm in no rush.
You will not regret this purchase, this is my 2nd HB instrument and the quality/Price ratio impresses me greatly.
I own many vintage Guitars and Basses and these HBs have earned a place in my working collection. Many sound flavors for minimal money!

A fun and different experience.
A Different Experience, I Must Say
The bass guitar delivers on its promises but is probably better suited for a guitar player who needs to record a bass track. As a bass player, you might feel like you "lose" some of the tightness, and it’s hard to resist the temptation to play guitar solos on the bass. That said, you can absolutely play bass lines that would be too fast on a regular bass. It’s a welcome tool I might use from time to time, but it would never replace a real bass.
