GR Bass Cube 112-4

I compared a lot of cabinets and combo's and this cabinet was one of the best.. Its clean but also okay low end, not very compressed in sound like some others are. I personally liked the use of an ampeg combo more, the low end '"flows'' better in a room, despite ampeg having less high end.

One big advice: Don't assume things because you read things online or listened to youtube demo's, the result and sound of a cabinet heavily depends on the AMP you use (some even made this cabinet sound really dull)

Its a matter of finidng the amp and cabinet combination that 'speaks' to you the most, don't listen to others opinions, listen to your feeling and also beware of what you actually need.. ( playing at home or in a jazz band or pop/rock band, all can require different sounds and volumes.. )
