It's what I expected, which is really good for the price. It certainly can't compete with the big boys, but it works well and is simple to install and sometimes that's all that matters. Installing the mic took around 5 minutes, and everything works as it should. Bright and clear sound.

There is one thing though which could make things easier. Using screws instead of welding would probably make this a 3 minute installation.
