A great little amp

They must have thought through this little jewel carefully. The tone is very warm with well defined mid. It stays clean up to No. 6-7 where a certain grittiness begins to imply that it can do more. At 9 and up to full volume it has a controlled distortion that sounds genuine and with a lot of energy, yet focused. The tone control has everything from warm jazz to full spank on a tele. I could use this amp as a jazz amp with warm mid to a tele bridge pickup for some chick'n pick'n with a turn of the tone control. The tremolo is working on the power amp if I'm not mistaken, and that means at higher settings above 6, the tremolo ducks a bit when your playing, it is out of the way of your playing so to speak, and blooms when a chord rings out. Very musical indeed. Did I say this can be a very loud amp? It can. Perhaps this is not for the heavy distortion people out there, it is more suited for allround playing, might it be blues, jazz, pop or country. You can tell by how it acts and sounds it is quality work you have in front of you. Highly recommended

This amplifier is marketed as a genuine reissue of a holy amp circuit. It has only four knobs but the addition of a 12 inch speaker provides it with far better projection than an original 10 inch would have done.

The single tone control offers enough variety for guitars equipped with either humbucker or single coil pickups and the result is a beautifully articulate, sweet-toned combo that is plenty loud enough for club gigs. The vibrato/ trem is equally stunning. In the era of VU meters and hostile sound men the Fender 62 Princeton Chris Stapleton is surely the epitome of a grab and go combo. I love it.

I've owned a lot of high end/boutique amps over the years, and this is right up there with the best I've played. Great vintage tones. It has character and soul, and - oh my - when you crank it, it's pure bliss!

Trémolo magnifique

Je branche, je met une petite OD, le trémolo enclenché et juste comme ça le son est magique pas besoin de plus, le pedalboard est rangé dans sa housse.
Je pensais que la reverb manquerait mais le tremolo est tellement beau et profond que la reverb n'est même pas indispensable.
De plus il est largement exploitable à la maison, l'entrée -6 DB et la course du potard de volume vous permet de jouer pas trop fort avec un bon son.
Si vous hésitez comme moi vu le prix, foncez vous ne serez pas déçu.
