Good quiet cymbals
If you need good feeling reduced volume cymbals, the DB1 set is about as good as they get.
Great stick response.
(Hi hat is pretty hi pitched, though.)
Certainly means I'm not annoying the neighbours !!

Silent cymbals
Heavy cymbals, sound pretty dim, not that great to be honest, but it's at least 60% quieter. If you need to dim the overall noise of the kit, this is very good and they feel great playing.
If you need extra silence, I would advise putting a cloth or something similar on top of them

Not the most quiet option but they are definitely legit
They sound good for what they are and they even have bells that sound like bells! ( even though they look flat).
You'll still need at least two walls to your neighbors or some insulation and you'll need some hearing protection!
But if you don't have a soundproofed studio and play during safe hours these are awesome and much better for practice than e-cymbals.
