I installed this in the neck of my tele, I wanted to upgrade my singlecoil tele to a dualhumbucker for a heavier sound but still keep some of that singlecoil character like before the upgrade.

I'm really satisfied with the results, I used to have a 85 in the neck of another guitar and this doesn't sound much different except the extra feature of also having a singlecoil in the same pickup.

Good cleans, very good in the singlecoil setting! And the dirty tone is as expected from active emgs, awesome.

I recommend this if you want more than just a humbucker or more than just a singlecoil!
