Professional Volume PedalDunlop Wahs are still a hit and have long been the standard for the pedalboards of the big (and many small) stars.

But also the Volume Pedal GCB80 deserves attention. Passive (you do not need a battery), precisely adjustable, without signal loss and robust it certainly fulfils its purpose.

Rekommenderas!

R
Volume pedal with short throw
Rillowitch 10.03.2018
I have actually sold this one because I didn?t like the short throw, it feels more like an on/off switch and I was looking for more like a swell thing. But if thats what you are looking for it is a very sturdy and feels high quality pedal. I bought the Dunlop volume X pedal instead, and that was perfect for me.

Most precisely response!

This Dumlop Volume pedal has a lot of valuable aspects.
First of all is that it is a passive pedal witch means that no power supply or battery is needed.
When is necessary to "cut" the sound is very quickly and precisely, everything we need on stage!
I really like it because it is bulky build, very resistant and the body is quite heavy. Also the rubber cover that I step on is very useful when using it because avoids feet slipping.
From all tests I have done for now, I have not find nothing bad about this pedal, it is really what I expected.
I highly recommend this pedal from beginners to professional musicians once it makes the stomp box set complete.

Does what it says on the tin... for a while

It's a good price for what it is and it is a good feel for those who are used to the Dunlop form factor (with their wah-wah pedals, for example), but one must remember that this pedal uses a physical pot and it will get scratchy and eventually wear out. I've had this for seven years now with light use only occasionally and it's still fine but the previous one I owned did eventually start to act strangely in the latter stages of its life. That said, the aforementioned moving parts that will fail are the weakest link - the pedal is otherwise very tough and I would not hesitate to gig it out if it was early enough in its life. The more you use it, the more it will wear but getting knocked around in transport on the road is not going to be the thing that breaks this pedal, so that's a huge plus.
