DiMarzio Evo 2 DP215 F-Spaced WH

This is a bridge pickup replacement for an Ibanez RG. I recently purchased the Evolution bridge, which although very powerful, I honestly wasn't completely happy with the tone.
So I decided to try the Evo 2 which has a different sound profile, and which I found out I actually prefer. There seems to be a better response across high and low tones and more responsive in the harmonics.
When it is split (I have a single-coil sized humbucker in the middle), it pairs nicely to get some strat sounding tones but with more output. This combination sounds best clean.
Overall pleased I found a high output pickup with a good harmonic response. I do advise checking out comparison videos on YouTube. Although the tones you hear may not be identical to your own set-up, they will show you the relative differences to other pickups and manufacturers, which help you decide what is right for you.
