When you need to split stereo
I use this cable to split my stereo audio from my digital piano into two separate mono inputs in my audio interface so I can stream my piano playing.
It works great, without any interferences from other electronic equipment. I recommend this cable when you are forced to separate a stereo channel into two separate mono ones.

Skulle plugga in gitarr till L och R på mixern.
Jag hade en egen koppling med adapters som tyvärr var lite glapp i men som fungerade hjälpligt. Såg denna kabel Cordial CFY 3 VPP och tänkte att den skulle vara bra. Det var den inte. Funkade inte alls som min egen koppling. Tyvärr har jag slängt kartong mm så bortkastade pengar!

Insert cable
This is the type of cable you want if you gonna route the signal out (from an insert slot in a mixer) to an effect and then back into the mixer again.
One of the ends (the red) is connected to tip and sleeve (ground) the other to the ring and sleeve. So its important you understand its purpose.
