CME H4MIDI WC

i recently decided to build a DAWless setup, and this guy, here, basically covered most of my needs, for the MIDI side of things.
it’s not 5 stars for me, because i’m not yet sure about the USB devices it will allow, through its USB-Host port, with a multi-port hub.
My Keystep works fine, as well as a couple of synths.
but my USB-EWI wind controller won’t work and neither will my Roland HPD-20 ( through the USB port. it works through the MIDI DIN though)
It would make sense if the EWI sent Audio through USB, but it is a mere MIDI controller, so i don’t understand why it won’t transmit any signal, through the CME H4.
i haven’t upgraded it with the bluetooth chip, but i will, and i will post a new review, when i do.
So far, the Hx MIDI app is great for mapping and routing the signal_ really powerful, and useful .

PS: the design is pretty solid too_ nice form factor.

unterstützt USB-Hubs, ermöglicht mehr als 16 Midi channels, da USB und Din-Ausgänge einzeln belegt werden können.
Wer mal einen Eindruck von den Möglichkeiten haben möchte, einfach mal die kostenlose App runterladen und stöbern....Merger, Filter, Mappings, Routings alles in mehreren Presets speicherbar und nachher sogar ohne zusätzliches Gerät per Knopf am Gerät zwischen 3 Presets wechselbar standalone.

Dient BTW uch als Midi Interface für den Rechner und nicht nur für Dawless Setups ....

ich kratze aktuell nur an der Oberfläche des Funktionsumfangs und sende beispielsweise an einem Out kein gefiltertes Play/Stop Signal, am anderen aber schon, damit der interne Sequencer vom Donner B1 nicht von meinem Digitakt getriggert wird, der Sequencer vom Behringer Crave aber schon...nur eine minimale Anwendung xD

Widi werd ich vllt auch mal ausprobieren
