Boss VO-1 Vocoder

This is a really great pedal. But it is even better you connect to a compressor pedal then go into the guitar input. This way you can sustain the notes and have an even volume. The best compressor pedal I use is the EHX Soul Preacher pedal with vol and attack at 12. I did try others out but this was the best one to compliment the Boss VO 1. You need to pick clean and you need to emphasise the words you speak so that the V01 can pick up all the nuances of what you are saying. It is a really great pedal and a lot of fun to use.

Tried every option, various micophones, instruments and still doesn´t work. I´m told after a factory check that the unit is ok. So must be at my end. But simply put.....not very ´plug and play´.

All voice effects in one pedal. From Peter Frampton to Roger Trutman kinda. A bit expensive but nice to have in your pedal arsenal!
