I do love these, but I'd recommend spending a bit extra on the DT-150s for better sound quality. I've not come across more comfortable over ear headphones, I just find these a little mid-rangey and lacking sparkle on the audio front, which is why I'd recommend the DT-150's for better sound quality and better bass response.

Accurate
These are industry standard for a reason - they don't let any issue fall through the cracks. As I do not have an acoustically treated room I have opted for headphones in the meantime as opposed to monitors and these do the job perfectly.

germans do it again
these German made headphones are the best I've ever owned.
if my wife has the tv on loud I use them as ear muffs to drown out the noise.
when I use them recording songs, they give a clear sound so good I don't need to use my monitors, i use the headphones for moitoring they are that good. Jos.
