Bought to use primarily for Arco Playing and prolonged practice sessions at home! Although a little on the pricey side, this is a fantastic solution for db players! The back rest I find is handiest when taking breaks in-between, but you will find yourself not utilising it a whole lot while in playing mode as it inhibits (to a certain extent) your contact with the instrument! Of course, its nice to know its there, all the same! Great Product and as usual, a great service from thomann!
