I have a cheap Yamaha that sounds pretty alright indeed, have even recorded with it before with the old cheap ?standard? strings it had before. Thought ?never searched for HQ nylon strings before, why??, even though the Yam is mostly a jamming/warmup guitar in my family of a few... yeah, why didn?t I?
Because I?m a dummy, that?s why.
Beautiful sound. Even feel really good (sexy good) on the fingers. The Yam just got upgraded to daily use, which should serve me right as I?m back in training with an early flame. My first guitar 35 years ago was a Landola acoustic, not much different from my current baby... oh, I digress. Old dude on memory lane, hahahaha.
Invest in a sound that feels like a 300¤ upgrade to your instrument.
