Fantastic for voice recording and for hihat micing

I primarily use this mic for two things - picking up my voice when I make video lessons, and picking up the hihat when I use it on my drum kit. It does a great job in both areas - I hardly need to apply any EQ or anything in the post-processing, especially for voice. It's very natural sounding and with minimal background noise.

If I'm going to mention any downside to this mic, it would be that you need to crank up the gain a fair bit for it to pick up your voice with decent output volume, unless you're speaking straight into it.

Overall, a purchase I'm very happy with!
