Audio-Technica AT2040

I don't have much of experience with dynamic mikes, but I like this one a lot. It has nice tonality and it is very directional. I use it for the voice capture during piano lessons, and piano bleed is very minimal. It might require more gain from your audio interface that you expected, ensure that you have at least 60Db to avoid additional pre-amps in the chain.

Great first mic. People say i sound great !
