I love my Astons microphones! I have two of them, and I use them all the time. But the fat, tube scape makes them a bit awkward to mount sometimes. So finally I got tired of it and just bought the brand's own shock mount. It's a bit pricey, and I'm sure it won't last as long as the microphones, but it does the job well enough.

The Aston Microphones Swift is a high-quality microphone suspension that I highly recommend. I've been using this suspension for quite some time and it has impressed me with its performance and simplicity.

It is very easy to mount, with simple adjustments to position the microphone at the desired angle and location for recording.
